A couple of days ago it was announced that Deep Sea Diver is going to release a new album called “History Speaks” on February 24th.
Now we can also listen to one of the tracks “You Go Running” which is very fun and again, it reminds me of sailors and the sea.
Some of you may know Deep Sea Diver as the solo project of Jessica Dobson (who played for Beck and The Shins), but now it’s definitely a band on it’s own, that also includes Peter Mansen and John Raines.
In 2009 they released their first EP, “New Caves” which contains songs that for some reason always remind me of the sea, boats and sailors (maybe it’s for their name).
A couple of weeks ago they announced that their debut album will be called “History Speaks” and will be released on February 24th this year.
I’m not lying when I say that I’m very exited to listen to this album and that I’m sure it will be between my favourite ones of the year.
